1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using 5BelowQR, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
5BelowQR provides dynamic QR code generation and redirect hosting. QR codes created through our service redirect scanners to a destination URL you specify. Your codes remain active as long as your subscription is active and in good standing.
3. Pricing and Billing
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
Pricing is subject to change. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time due to infrastructure costs, hosting changes, inflation, service upgrades, or other business reasons. We will provide at least 30 days' email notice before any price increase takes effect for existing subscribers. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.
Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your QR codes will no longer redirect and your account data will be retained for 90 days before deletion.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use 5BelowQR to create QR codes that redirect to:

- Illegal content or activity
- Malware, phishing, or deceptive sites
- Content that violates third-party intellectual property rights
- Spam or unsolicited communications
- Content that exploits minors

6. Abuse Reporting
To report a QR code that redirects to harmful or illegal content, use our abuse report form. We will investigate all reports and respond within 5 business days.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not responsible for any loss resulting from service downtime or QR code failures.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. 5BelowQR is a trade name of Shwarped Media LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.
